Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tbsp butter melted
  • 6 medium peaches peeled and slivered into 1/4 inch thick sections
  • 2 cups strawberries quartered
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Peel the peaches and slice the peaches and strawberries- thickness depends on your preferences (I like bigger chunks).
  • Grease a glass 9x9 dish and throw the fruit chunks in as you peel and slice.
  • Toss the fruit in cornstarch.
  • Mix together the oats, oat flour and cinnamon. Make a well and pour in the maple syrup and melted butter. Mix together.
  • Spoon the mixture over the fruit, spreading evenly.
  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes and enjoy!
